Refund Policy
How refunds work at Dodopen. Effective date: April 17, 2026
1. Eligibility
Refunds may be approved for duplicate charges, verified payment errors, or sessions that could not happen because of confirmed platform issues.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Completed sessions, missed sessions without valid notice, and late cancellations are usually not refundable unless required by law.
3. Cancellation Window
Please cancel or reschedule at least 3 hours before the class starts when possible.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds are usually processed in 5 to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Contact support with your booking reference, payment date, and reason for your request.
